From Orfy, here. 23 litre batch size
Grain Bill:
- 3 kg Marris Otter (for me, it'll have to be Gambrinus ESB)
- 400 g Wheat malt
- 300 g Crystal (that's all it says...Crystal 60?)
Hops:
- 30g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 60
- 20g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 20
- 10g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 10
- 10g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ flame-out
Additional Ingredients:
- 200g white sugar in boil kettle
