From Orfy, here. 23 litre batch size

Grain Bill:

  • 3 kg Marris Otter (for me, it'll have to be Gambrinus ESB)
  • 400 g Wheat malt
  • 300 g Crystal (that's all it says...Crystal 60?)

Hops:

  • 30g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 60
  • 20g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 20
  • 10g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ 10
  • 10g Styrian Goldings (4.5%) @ flame-out

Additional Ingredients:

  • 200g white sugar in boil kettle
