That's brilliant! Congratulations.
A friend and I were competing to see who could boot the slowest Linux box. He currently holds the record with 3.81 BogoMIPS (Mac SE/030). You're not doing too badly though :-)
I am hoping to beat him when I get my VAX-11/750 fired up.

Toby: as you can see by the pingback, I suspect there's some problems with BogoMIPS calculation on the chip. But I've got a similar Mac that I'm going to try and get Linux or NetBSD running on, so your friend may have a run for his money. Next stop: Linux on the VIC-20.
